ONLY go if there is NO bounty, OR if the bounty tells you to explore the Caverns of Frost. For Caverns of Frost, just load into the game, check the Act 3 Bridge of Korsick. The boss of the realm is The Cow Queen and the ghost of The Cow King is also found, uttering (or, in his case, uddering) various bovine puns, triggering the final event "Tipping Point" requiring 3 waves of bovine herds to be eliminated to spawn 4 Radiant Chests.I just got all ingredients (including the required Black Mushroom) within a few hours of casual farming. Unique T-Bone Steak health pick-ups will drop from killed enemies along with normal Health Globes (similar to the cupcakes in Whimsyshire). All slain farmer corpses contain significant gold drops.Ī full set of one of each of the six base shrines are found, along with Healing Wells. The zone itself is named Not The Cow Level, and is filled with vast hordes of Infernal Bovines (standard, Spearman and Shaman) and numerous cow-based elite packs will be encountered.Ģ0 normal Chests and 10 Resplendent Chests will be scattered throughout. The zone is always based on the Fields of Misery, but it can be opened from any map on any difficulty level in Adventure mode. Performing this transmutation will destroy the weapon, but open a portal to NTCL.Īlternatively, as of patch 2.6.5, there is a small chance that a Treasure Goblin portal will lead to NTCL instead of The Vault. The portal stays open for the rest of the game, even after the zone is fully cleared.Īs of patch 2.3.0, one may use Kanai's Cube and put a Bovine Bardiche in it to reveal a hidden transmute option (marked ?). It can only be opened once per game, and once inside, the entry portal can be used to travel back. Originally, this event was only available for a limited time: from dawn on to dusk on May 21 2015, there was a chance for Herald to the Queen to spawn, which, when killed, would leave an opened portal to the secret level. The Not The Cow Level (or NTCL) is a secret level in Diablo III, first implemented for the game's third anniversary.

I reluctantly gave him the $9.25 against better judgement! I called the owner about it the next and he advised me that the website was updated earlier in the morning and didn't even apologize for what had happened. He advised me that if I didn't accept and pay the additional money, I wouldn't be getting a refund on what I had already paid. I told him that was totally insane and that I didn't want the order. I showed him my email confirmation, but he didn't care and that I still had to pay the $9.25 in cash. Altogether, I was told that I still owed $9.25 cash over what I had already paid via my debit card online. because their online ordering had not been updated to reflect their new prices and that the taxes had also not been updated, plus on top of that I had to pay for delivery which was another $5.00. When my delivery arrived, I was advised that I still owed more money. I was sent a confirming email showing my order and the amount paid. I placed my order for delivery the evening of July 20th, 2015, via their website and paid for it. Some AEDs aren't intended for home use, but rather for use by emergency crews or in public places. If your machine starts beeping or you see a light flashing, call the device manufacturer. Home AEDs are designed to test themselves to make sure they're working properly. Install new batteries as needed, typically every four years. Make sure family, friends and visitors know where it is. Store your AED in a place that's easy to get to.Because the AED works only on certain types of cardiac arrest, it's helpful for the people who might need to use the device to know what steps to take if the AED indicates that a shock isn't needed but the person remains unresponsive. The American Red Cross, for example, teaches how to use an automated external defibrillator properly and to perform CPR. Consider enrolling yourself and others who might need to use your home AED in a community education class. Also, check the manufacturer's website from time to time to keep current on information about your device. That way you'll receive safety alerts and recall notices. Register the AED with the manufacturer. The FDA's website lists approved devices.
